Matt's Story

Matt Olsen
CPT

For over a decade, Matt Olsen has worked with people whose bodies stopped responding to what used to work — metabolic dysfunction, burnout, plateaus, and extreme fatigue. He knew they needed more than another workout or meal plan. They needed a complete system that addressed everything.

When the gym he worked at closed in 2020, Matt didn’t just move his business online — he rebuilt it from the ground up. Long mornings turned into late nights. He skipped meals and stayed up working while everyone else slept, but the vision was clear.

By 2022, he had created a new coaching framework that finally gave people the results they deserved — combining a smooth onboarding experience, realistic and flexible nutrition, progressive overload programming, strategic goal setting, and streamlined check-ins with real feedback, all inside one cohesive platform.

Once that was in place, client results became reliable, sustainable, and life-changing. And for the first time, Matt had the freedom to enjoy more of his own life too.

These days, he enjoys hiking in Tennessee, North Carolina, or Georgia with his wife. At home, he spends time with his daughters, Arrow and Callie — building magna-tile castles or splashing in their backyard pool to cool off.

When he isn’t coaching, Matt loves bodybuilding, watching sports, and playing video games on his PS5 — though he’ll admit he still prefers the classics from his youth.
